A veterinary clinic site that leads with booking and credentials, so an owner deciding where to take a sick animal can act on the first screen.

Overview
P'Care is a pet care and veterinary site built for an owner who is already worried. Booking and the phone line lead, the clinic's credentials sit beside them, and the services, the team and the record follow in the order someone comparing clinics works through them.

Approach
A clinic has to read as competent and as kind, and those two pull in opposite directions. Lean clinical and it feels cold to someone holding a sick animal; lean warm and it stops sounding like medicine.
The resolution is to split the job between structure and surface. The hierarchy is strict, booking first and everything else in decision order, while the colour, the rounded plates and the photography carry the warmth. Nothing softens the path to an appointment.
Results
Service discovery is simpler and booking sits at the front of every path through the site. The identity holds across the pages and the printed material, which gives the clinic a base to grow on rather than a one-off homepage.
